Too much practice, not enough literature, is the usual note
Experienced teachers write vivid, specific accounts of what happens in their classrooms and then stop. Graduate assessment wants that grounded in something beyond experience: what the research says, where it agrees with what you observe, and where it does not. The classroom knowledge is an asset and is not by itself an argument.
The opposite failure also happens, where a paper reviews literature competently and never touches practice. For an MEd, the connection between the two is usually the assessed skill, and either half alone scores in the middle.

Usually that the classroom examples are doing all the work and nothing connects them to research. The fix is rarely fewer examples. It is adding what the literature says about the pattern you are describing, and noting where your experience aligns or does not.
Start with your university library's education databases rather than a general search, and use the reference lists of recent relevant articles to find more. If you are getting nothing usable, the search terms are usually too close to how teachers talk and not close enough to how researchers write.
Enough to cite correctly in text, build a reference list, and format headings and tables. It is a fixed set of rules and it is worth learning once properly rather than looking up each time, because it recurs in every assignment for the whole program.
