Nursing support, organized by the course you are in

Care plans, pathophysiology papers, EBP appraisals, SOAP notes, the capstone and the DNP project. A nurse with a graduate qualification reads what you wrote, tells you where the points are going, and shows you how to get them back.

Why nursing work is its own problem

A care plan is not an essay, and it is not graded like one

Most academic support treats nursing coursework as writing with clinical words in it. It is not. A care plan is assessed on whether the nursing diagnosis is written in NANDA-I format, whether the outcome is measurable, and whether every intervention has a rationale attached to it. A beautifully written care plan with an unmeasurable outcome still loses the points.

The same is true across the program. An EBP paper stands or falls on the PICO question and the level of evidence you appraised, not on the prose. A SOAP note is graded on what belongs in the objective section and what does not. A DNP project is judged against a practice change you can actually implement.

So the person who reads your work here has done the degree. They are reading for the rubric first and the sentence second, which is the order your faculty read it in.

  • NANDA-I, NIC and NOC used the way your program expects them
  • PICO questions tightened before you write the appraisal
  • Johns Hopkins and Melnyk evidence levels applied correctly
  • APA 7 for the whole document, including tables and appendices

What comes back to you

On a 2,000 word evidence-based practice paper

  • Your tracked document, with the reason written beside every change
  • The three things costing you the most points, named and ranked
  • APA 7 corrections grouped by rule, so you learn the rule
  • A note on what your rubric rewards that you have not done yet
  • Authorship of every word. We do not add sentences to your work
The work that gets set

What we help you with

Organized by the assignment, because that is what is due on Friday.

Care plans

Nursing diagnosis in NANDA-I format, measurable outcomes, and an evidence-based rationale attached to every intervention.

Evidence-based practice papers

The PICO question, the search strategy, the appraisal, and the level of evidence for each source you found.

Concept and pathophysiology maps

Disease process papers and concept maps where the pathophysiology has to link to the assessment findings and the interventions.

SOAP notes and health assessments

What belongs in subjective, what belongs in objective, and why moving one line between them changes the grade.

Capstone and DNP projects

Problem statement to dissemination, with one named person across the whole project rather than a new reader each term.

How project support works

NCLEX-RN preparation

A plan built from your own score report, including what to do in the 45 days after a failed attempt.

A person, not a platform

How a piece of nursing work moves through

Same four stages whether it is a care plan due Friday or a DNP project running two years.

01

Send the work and the rubric

Your draft, the assignment brief and the grading rubric. The rubric matters more than the draft: it is the document you are actually being measured against.

02

A qualified nurse reads it

Someone with a graduate nursing qualification, named to you before you book. The same person stays with you rather than whoever is free that week.

03

You get the points explained

Every change tracked with a reason beside it, plus the ranked list of what is costing you the most. You approve every change before it is yours.

04

You apply it to the next one

The point is the second assignment, not the first. Corrections are grouped by rule so the same mistake does not come back next term.

You are not the exception

NCLEX pass rates fell in every category in 2025, while more people sat it

If you are retaking, or you trained outside the United States, the numbers say the difficulty is real and structural. It is not a verdict on whether you can do the job.

328,443candidates sat NCLEX-RN for US licensure in 2025
69.1%passed, down from 73.3% the year before
52.7%pass rate among US-educated candidates retaking it
30.5%pass rate among internationally educated candidates retaking it

Figures reported by the National Council of State Boards of Nursing in 2025 NCLEX Examination Statistics, Research Brief Volume 96, June 2026, Table 1, and the 2024 brief for the year-on-year comparison. Read the source.

The line we never cross

We help you do your nursing work better. We never do it for you

Your license is the thing at stake, so this line is not negotiable.

  • No ghostwriting, and no part of a care plan, paper or project written for submission.
  • No completed work supplied as a sample to hand in.
  • No help of any kind during an exam, the NCLEX included.
  • Editing happens on a draft you wrote, and you approve every change before it is yours.
  • Clinical documentation is coursework here. We never write anything intended for a patient record.

Selling completed academic work is a criminal offense in 17 US states, and the liability sits with the seller. For a nursing student the exposure is worse than a failed course: a board of nursing can act on an academic integrity finding years after you graduate. Read the full policy.

Common questions

Frequently Asked Questions

No. We read the care plan you wrote and tell you where it loses points: a nursing diagnosis that is not in NANDA-I format, an outcome that cannot be measured, an intervention with no rationale attached. You make the changes, so the work and the understanding stay yours.

Frequently. It is one of the most common places people come to us, because the bridge is writing-heavy in a way the associate degree was not, and most students are doing it around full-time shifts. The work is usually APA 7, argument structure and evidence appraisal rather than clinical knowledge you already have.

It is one of the most common reasons nurses come to us, particularly nurses trained outside the United States. The work is language and exam technique rather than clinical knowledge, and it is taught rather than corrected for you. NCSBN's 2025 figures show internationally educated candidates passing NCLEX-RN at 47.3% on a first attempt against 86.7% for US-educated candidates, so the gap is real and it is worth working on directly.

Yes, and it is one of the things we are set up for: one named person across the whole project rather than a different reader each term. Problem statement, literature synthesis, the practice change itself, the evaluation plan and dissemination. We do not collect your data or write your findings.

APA 7, which is what almost every US nursing program requires, including tables, figures, appendices and the reference list. If your program uses something else, say so when you send the work.

Standard turnaround is three days and same-day is available on shorter documents. Send the rubric with it either way, because turnaround is the cheapest thing to buy and the rubric is what actually changes the grade.

Send us the assignment and the rubric

We will tell you what we would do with it, what it would cost, and which part of your rubric you are currently leaving on the table. Before you commit to anything.
