What if the evidence is mixed?
That is a finding and it is often the most interesting outcome. Explain why studies disagree, whether it is population, intervention fidelity, setting or outcome measure, and what that means for a practice recommendation. Mixed evidence handled well scores better than clean evidence summarized flatly.
