A list of twenty things wrong with a draft is close to useless three days before a deadline, because you cannot do twenty things and you do not know which four matter. Feedback here is ordered by how much each issue is likely costing you, so the first three items are where the time goes.
It is read against your rubric rather than against a general standard. A rubric weighting analysis at 40% and presentation at 10% produces completely different priorities from one weighted the other way, and generic feedback cannot know that.
