Do I need a CGFNS report to sit the NCLEX?

It depends on your board. Many boards require an independent evaluation of your nursing education before they will find you eligible, and the CGFNS Credentials Evaluation Service report is the one most commonly named. Some boards accept alternatives and a few have their own process. Your board's current requirement is the only one that counts.
