How soon can I retake the NCLEX?

NCSBN sets a minimum of 45 days between attempts and that applies in every US jurisdiction. Your board of nursing may add conditions of its own, such as a cap on total attempts or a remediation requirement, so check with the board you are licensing under as well as the national rule.
