I trained outside the United States. Is the plan different?
Usually, yes. Reading load and item phrasing carry a real and measurable cost in a second language, and they respond to technique work rather than to more content revision. NCSBN's 2025 figures put internationally educated candidates at 47.3% first-time and 30.5% on a retake, against 86.7% and 52.7% for US-educated candidates, so this is worth addressing head-on.
