Is there a limit on how many times I can take the NCLEX?
There is a national annual cap from NCSBN, and separately your state board of nursing may set a lifetime limit on attempts, a deadline measured from your graduation, or a requirement to complete a remediation program after a certain number of failures. The board's rule is the one that decides whether you sit again, and it varies by state.
